I'll be sure to post an update and get blogging again as well. I've spent the past couple of evenings cleaning up my hobby desk in anticipation of getting some painting time in the next couple of days. Now that our domestic life is resuming its usual harmonious groove I hope to get back to the hobby stuff this week. And just a few nights ago he even started sleeping through the night relatively uninterrupted which has his mom and I delighted. My wife is on cloud 9, my daughter loves being a big sister, and I am a very proud and happy Papa. The whole family is doing extremely well. Having a baby in the house has reminded me how truly precious sleep can be! :) I apologize for not getting back here sooner though it's only been the past few days that I've finally started to feel like myself again. That's done now and we've never been better, but getting here has taken some work.
My wife and I have been crazy busy even beyond coming home with a newborn as we had to jump right into some lingering issues with our house that had to be dealt with before Summer.
Oh wow Colonel, thank you so much for checking in on me! Over the last however many weeks it's been (months? I don't even know) I feel like I've been in a time warp.
